Refund Policy

All MakeVGA products are made on demand, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for orders placed with the wrong size, color, or if you simply change your mind.
 
That said, we stand behind the quality of what we ship.
 
Damaged or Defective Items
 
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund.
To be eligible:
 

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery

• Provide a clear photo showing the issue

• No need to return the damaged item
   

If multiple items are affected by the same issue or design, we may ask for an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items together for confirmation.
 
What is not covered
 

• Incorrect size or color chosen at checkout

• Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5 inches), which are considered normal for direct-to-garment printing

• Orders placed correctly but later changed in preference
   

In cases where a package cannot be delivered successfully, we can offer:
 

• A reprint (additional cost may apply), or

• A partial refund
   

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. In some cases, refunds may first be processed as store credit and then transferred back depending on the payment currency and provider.
